Atelier Mottainai creates and sells original handcrafted art objects and home wares. Each piece is individually made and may contain natural variations, textures, colours, or characteristics that make it unique.

There is no minimum age requirement to browse or purchase from this Website. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

- suspected fraud;
- payment issues;
- product unavailability.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed and payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund for that item.
Guest checkout is available. Customers are not required to create an account.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on this Website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable Canadian sales taxes, including GST/HST where required by law, will be calculated and added during checkout.

We ship both within Canada and internationally.

6. Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, Atelier Mottainai is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the unique and original nature of our handcrafted works, all sales are final.
Refunds or exchanges are not available except where an item arrives with undisclosed damage or a manufacturing defect.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ateliermottainai.com and include photographs along with a description of the issue.
After reviewing the claim, Atelier Mottainai may, at its sole discretion:
- provide a partial refund;
- provide a full refund;
- offer a replacement (if available); or
- provide another appropriate remedy.

We make every effort to accurately display colours, dimensions, textures, and descriptions of our products.
Because each handcrafted item is unique, slight variations between photographs and the item you receive should be expected and are not considered defects.

is the property of Atelier Mottainai and is protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
